PRICING

Clear pricing by operation

Costs are assembled from an explicit scope — not a hidden all-in estimate.

1. One-time setup / NRE

Process engineering, work instructions, tooling and fixture preparation, where applicable.

2. Assembly unit rates

Rates correspond to the defined measurement unit: piece, joint, screw, connection, pack or product.

3. Materials and purchased parts

BOM material procurement and sourcing costs shown separately when included.

4. Quality and testing

In-process inspections, functional testing, records and any validation plan.

5. Packaging and logistics

Packing material, labels, consolidation and delivery as specified.

6. Volume assumptions

Rates and batch charges depend on order volume, mix and production frequency.
